there you are....

I bought this stamp a few years ago for an anniversary card for my DH. i've used it a bit in various circumstances. Especially love using it with children and parents.
Anyhow, the paper is already die cut, 12x12 hearts. Lovely.

Here it is in Stampin' Up! pomegranate..

Look what I tried...

These are self stick felt hearts from the buck store. i love my embroidery floss these days, so I home-ey-ed them up a bit. Can't wait to try more tomorrow and make something from it. Can you see the button additions?!! Stay tuned.

weeds

Here are a few more weeds like some others I did. Quick and easy. I was at da Bella Store yesterday and got another weed. I think it is a bamboo?? Anyhow, stay tuned for that one. Man, she has a lot of new stuff coming out. CHA did her well. lol That store is to die for!! Always something in there you just HAVE TO HAVE!
Funky dandelion

Wacky weeds

both embossed with clear embossing powder, heart from buck store and celebrate from Quickutz.
I went to a family of clients' house the other night. THe papa played with my cuttlebug and came up with a few things I haven't seen around. So I'm excited to reproduce them and show you.

We're off to Montreal tomorrow, so we have to buy snacks today, pack, let the kiddies run around etc. (THey were dragged to a few mama related stores yesterday. They get to run, run, run today). lol. I'll be making announcement cards for the sister in law's upcoming event, so hopefully I'll have something to show you this weekend.

flowery weeds

Bella has branched out again! Stamping Bella has a new line of stamps.. silouhettes . LOVE them. So fun and I've only begun to play with them. I'm making stuff to sell this weekend at a friend's friend's gathering. My stock is so low, my time is limited. Argg.

on with the details...

Card base is Paertrey's Spring moss. I stamped the image 3 times with versamark, and heat embossed with clear EP. The butterflies are Martha Stewart on velvet paper from Stamping bella. Ribbon Stampin' UP! and the heart charm is from the buck store. The sentiment is from Quickutz. You like?

Pomegranate fern

I enjoyed making the wish book so much, I decided to try that technique in a different colour... purely pomegranate.
Upon a closer inspection of Nichole's original card, http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/2007/06/4.html
I copied it a little closer with the sewing and layers. I didn't have any word punches or matching buttons, so I used a quickutz die and a heart brad. I made a few of these for Mother's Day also.

I have an idea in my head for my niece's bday card. I hope it will work. Off to play.

groovy guava time well spent

The 1st card was a case from SU catty, pg.140, just the 2 of us card.
Wasn't all that pleased with it, then came up with the bottom card. I'm kind of limited with my colours at present as my SU order got delayed by a train problem and it's sitting in Windsor, ON. Hopefully it will come tomorrow. (stalk the man in brown).
Then, the card below was inspired by my case. I used acetate as the front face. The image is from retired, Mostly flowers. It coordinates well with the Ginger Blossom DP. The inside sentiment is from the 3rd level hostess set, Time well Spent.
Another night of not being chatty. :}
Enjoy and thanks for looking,
Amanda
