yeah, I know, how cool is that? DH brought it home from the supermarket. Don't know the name, do you?
It tastes sooo yummy, lovely texture, not too strong like broccoli or cauliflower, but buttery like sweet corn.
hoping for some crafting tomorrow... right now, I'm gonna dive into Bridget jones: edge of reason. the movie.

Here in Germany we call it "Romanesco" - my online dictionary says in english it is called "romanesco broccoli". I love its taste and so had to answer... =)
